Level 1 Video 1.01: Toe Taps

How To: Student will alternate feet while touching the top of the ball with their toes. Increase speed to increase level of difficulty. Perform 20 repetitions

Level 1 Video 1.02: Heel Toe Left Foot

How To: Student will place right toe on top of ball and roll ball forward from toe to sole of foot to the heel and roll ball backward from heel to sole of foot to toe. After 20 repetitions switch feet.

Level 1 Video 1.03: Heel Toe Right Foot

How To: Student will place right toe on top of ball and roll ball forward from toe to sole of foot to the heel and roll ball backward from heel to sole of foot to toe. After 20 repetitions switch feet.

Level 1 Video 1.04: Dribbling Inside Only (Duck Walk)

How To: Student to dribble the ball only using the inside of both the right and left foot. Begin dribbling in a straight line, to increase difficulty dribble in a circle around a set of cones, dining room table or couch.

Level 1 Video 1.05: Foot Trap w/ Left Foot

How To: Lift left foot in the air approximately 6 inches and stop the ball with sole of the foot. Perform 10 repetitions. To increase difficulty pass the ball back with the inside of the foot.

Level 1 Video 1.06: Foot Trap w/ Right Foot

How To: Lift right foot in the air approximately 6 inches and stop the ball with sole of the foot. Perform 10 repetitions. To increase difficulty pass the ball back with the inside of the foot.

Level 1 Video 1.07: Sole Roll Across The Body

How To: Place the sole of the right foot on top of the ball and roll the ball across your body only using your right foot. Switch feet after 10 rolls. To increase difficulty alternate the sole of each when rolling the ball from side to side.

Level 1 Video 1.08: Foundation w/ Tic Tocs

How To: Use the inside of both the right and left foot to pass the ball back and forth from foot to foot while staying in the same spot. Increase speed to increase level of difficulty. Perform 20 times.

Level 1 Video 1.09: Sole Roll Forward

How To: Place the sole of the right foot on top of the ball and roll the ball forward, switch to the sole of the left foot and roll the ball forward again. Perform 10 repetitions. Increase speed to increase level of difficulty.

Level 1 Video 1.10: Sole Roll Backward

How To: Place the sole of the right foot on top of the ball and roll the ball backward, switch to the sole of the left foot and roll the ball backward again. Perform 20 repetitions.
