How To: Stand behind the ball. With your left leg take a giant step forward past the ball, twist around 180 degrees, with your right foot perform a pullback move and turnaround another 180 degrees. Switch feet after 10 repetitions.

Level 1 Video 3.07: L-Behind

How To: Dribble with your right foot only straight ahead, pull the ball back slightly with your right foot so that the ball is next to your stationary left foot.

Level 1 Video 3.08: Foundation with L-Behind

How To: Perform 4 foundations and then execute the L-Behind move. This is a combination move. Repeat 10 times until you are able to perform them quickly without losing control of the ball.
