Level 2 Video 1.07: Stationary Shooting

How To: With the ball laying on the ground. Place the non-shooting foot (left foot) next to the ball and then with the other foot (right foot) bend the leg back and bring forward rapidly striking the ball with the laces and a locked ankle with the toes pointed down. Repeat 20 times and then switch feet. Variation: Perform with only socks on no shoes. Discourages kid from using the toe.
Comment: Child should not use the toes to shoot a soccer ball. This can lead to missing the ball and long term damaging the toe.
