Level 2 Video 1.02: Leg Swings – Right Foot into Hand (Developing Muscle Memory)

How To: With the right leg swing the leg back (bending the knee) and rapidly swing the leg forward striking the palm of a hand with the shoe laces. The ankle should be locked into place with the toes pointed down. Repeat 40 times and then switch feet. Use Mitt once child’s shot becomes too hard for the hand. (This will happen in about 3-4 weeks).
