Level 1 Video 3.07: L-Behind

How To: Dribble with your right foot only straight ahead, pull the ball back slightly with your right foot so that the ball is next to your stationary left foot. Bring your right leg back and then push the ball with the inside of your right foot behind your left foot so that the ball is now moving to the left. Then dribble forward with your left foot only. When performing this move on a defender your body will always be between the ball and the defender.
